Providing evidence of your temperature monitoring & recording activities in an accurate and consistent way is essential for your due diligence and to provide evidence to support your HACCP system.
We have produced a number of food safety temperature monitoring charts for you to provide the necessary records in a clear and concise way. They highlight target areas and areas for action should there be an adverse trend in results. The format used not only allows you to record the temperature but also to track trends on a day by day basis.
The following temperature monitoring records are available for your HACCP system:

All the records allow one temperature per day to be recorded and marked on a graph on a monthly record.
You purchase one folder per category e.g. Fridge and this contains 12 record sheets providing you with one year's record keeping for that item.
