Level 3 Intermediate Food Safety Distance Learning Course NEW Level 3 Award in Food Safety
This Distance Learning course has been awarded the Certificate of Quality & Merit by the Royal Institute of Public Health. The course consists of 9 modules written in a plain English, user friendly format, to prepare candidates for the Royal Institute's Intermediate Food Safety examination. This course provides the level of food hygiene training required by supervisors and managers in the food industry.
ALLSAFE® Intermediate Food Safety Distance Learning Course has the following benefits:

    The law, Supervisory Management in Food Hygiene, Bacteria,

    Personal Hygiene, Food Spoilage, Chill Storage, Freezer Storage, Storage of Low Risk Foods,

    • Heating, Foodborne Disease, Poisons, Plant and Premises, Cleaning and Pests.
  • The course includes exercises to test candidates knowledge.

  • Tutor support provided if required.

  • Ideal method of training if staff cannot be released from work.

Examination
On completion of the course candidates can sit the Royal Institute of Public Health's Level 3 Food Safety examination at our office or with an approved invigilator.
